The neutral-curing premium construction silicone OTTOSEAL® S 110 is the all-rounder among the OTTO sealants. Whether sealing connecting joints on windows and doors, joints on facades, metal constructions or Profilit glass, but also for expansion and connecting joints on concrete and aerated concrete prefabricated parts or in the sanitary area, with this premium neutral silicone you always achieve a perfect and long-lasting result. OTTOSEAL® S 110 has also been tested for sealing glass rebates on wooden windows and is also ideally suited for grouting on glass elements.areas of application

Important instructions

Return and Refund Policy
right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

To be eligible for a return, the products must:
- Be unused and in the same condition in which they were received.
- In the original packaging with all labels and seals, if applicable.
- Must be returned with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return procedure
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us an unambiguous statement of your decision (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You must return the product at your own expense to the address indicated in the order confirmation.

Some types of items are not returnable, including:
- Customized or made-to-measure products.
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers or opened cosmetic products.
- Software, CDs or DVDs whose seal has been opened after delivery.
Defective or damaged products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately to arrange a return or exchange. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs.
