Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply to all orders:

Delivery takes place within Germany (domestic) and to the countries listed below:

  • Delivery countries:
    AT (Austria), BE (Belgium), BG (Bulgaria), CZ (Czech Republic), CY (Cyprus), DK (Denmark), EE (Estonia), FI (Finland), FR (France), GR (Greece), HR (Croatia), HU (Hungary), IE (Ireland), IT (Italy), LT (Lithuania), LU (Luxembourg), LV (Latvia), MC (Monaco), MT (Malta), NL (Netherlands), PL (Poland), PT (Portugal), RO (Romania), SK (Slovakia), SI (Slovenia), ES (Spain), SE (Sweden).

shipping costs (DHL)

The shipping costs include an additional €2 for packaging. They are calculated depending on the delivery address, shipping method and weight of the order. The following options are available:

  • Standard shipping within Germany (DHL):

    • Up to 2 kg: 7.49 € (including packaging)
    • 2 to 5 kg: 8.99 € (including packaging)
    • 5 to 10 kg: 12.49 € (including packaging)
    • 10 to 20 kg: 20.99 € (including packaging)
    • 20 to 31 kg: 25.99 € (including packaging)

    • Deliveries abroad:

    • shipping fee (gross)
    • Up to 2 kg: 21.99 € (including packaging)
    • 2 to 5 kg: 27.99 € (including packaging)
    • 5 to 10 kg: 30.99€ (including packaging)
    • 10 to 20 kg: 37.99 € (including packaging)
    • 20 to 31 kg: 52.99 € (including packaging)

delivery times

  • Standard shipping within Germany: 3–5 working days
  • Standard shipping to EU countries: 5–10 working days

payment terms

Payment for the goods can be made using the following payment methods:

  • advance payment (bank transfer)
  • PayPal
  • credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Sofortüberweisung
  • Invoice (only for regular customers or after credit check)

Important instructions

  • Delivery will only take place after receipt of payment (except for purchase on account).
  • In the case of returns due to a cancellation, you will bear the direct costs of the return.

For deliveries outside Germany, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are to be borne by the buyer.
