Return and Refund Policy

right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

conditions for return

To be eligible for a return, the products must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition in which they were received.
  • In the original packaging with all labels and seals, if applicable.
  • Must be returned with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return procedure

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us an unambiguous statement of your decision (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You must return the product at your own expense to the address indicated in the order confirmation.

shipping costs

The shipping costs for the return are at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

refund processing time

Once we receive the product and inspect the condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and the amount will be automatically credited back to the original method of payment within a few days (usually within 14 days).

exceptions

Some types of items are not returnable, including:

  • Customized or made-to-measure products.
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers or opened cosmetic products.
  • Software, CDs or DVDs whose seal has been opened after delivery.

Defective or damaged products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately to arrange a return or exchange. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs.
